Another Global Warming Myth
Published by The Tampa Pirate March 31st, 2008 in Global Warming Scam, WeatherAl Gore and his Sheep have convinced so many people about the myths of climate change it is very hard to even discuss other concepts. If you are like me and more than 90% of climate scientist who believe that the current warming is in fact just another Earth cycle here is a simple way to show simple people that Al Gore was wrong about something else.
Al Gore alleges that if the polar ice caps melt the seas will rise and destroy all our coastal cities and blah, blah, blah. Here are some facts that get omitted:
We know that all the water in all its forms is the only water that ever has been or ever will be on this Earth. Whether it be rain, ice, snow, humidity, oceans, river, etc. the amount of water is about the same.
The polar ice caps sit in water and displace by weight water equivalent to the amount of liquid water. If they melt, the amount of water in the oceans doesn’t change, just the state the water is in. (Still don’t believe me? Take a glass of water and add ice cubes. When the ice melts look at the glass. SURPRISE!!! The water level is the same as it was before the ice melted.)

To tell you the truth I never really thought about it, but that does sound very logical. but I would actually rather see them in the solid form and stay where they are.
