I have been doing alot of research recently about what we as a country have lost from the days of our Founding Fathers. I have discovered that some things I have said are wrong. I am not a Federalist, I am an anti-Federalist. I also learned that there were two distinct schools of thought when it came to the role of the Federal government. The Constitution the states ratified was one of limited Federal government (anti-Federalist), but over time the Federalist through the courts hijacked the Constitution until the original meanings and powers granted in it have been perverted and re-interpreted until all three branches of government have far exceeded the powers they were originally given. I will be writing this weekend about the abuses of the Federal government on all levels, the now almost meaningless Constitution and what we can do to get it back.
