Pedophile John Couey Ruled Not Retarded By Judge

As many are aware pedophile/muderer John Couey was found guilty of the kidnapping, rape and burying alive 9 y/o Jessica Lundsford. He is currently awaiting sentencing. After hearing from doctors on both side of the case the judge in the Couey trial decided that Couey was not retarded and is eligible for the death sentence. Now Couey’s lawyers have until late August to argue that other conditions should make him ineligible.

Hopefully Couey will burn for what he has done.
