When the Federline’s decided to divorce, rumors began swirling that old Fed-Ex was try sell a honeymoon night videotape of him and Britney bumping uglies for cash. Now he denies the tape even existed. Why? Because Britney wants to release it to block him from making any cash on it. Silent until this revelation, Mr. X-Spears now says the tape never existed. In fact, until Britney said she wanted to release the tape first, she’s also denied it’s existence. Was she just trying to make Mr. Blunderful look like a chump by forcing him to admit the tape doesn’t exist? Who knows.

Follow my A.D.D. because this sets the groundwork for my topic. Now, here is the topic I am actually writing about. When the news of her sex tape first appeared in US Weekly, Britney filed a defamation suit against the magazine. E-Online reported that the judge ruled as follows:

Superior Court Judge Lisa Hart Cole ruled that Spears could not be defamed because she had “put her modern sexuality squarely, and profitably, before the public eye.”

To be fair, FindLaw.com writer Julie Hilden has attacked the judge’s decision as wrong because as she says the lawsuit should have also noted that Spears was accusing the magazine for calling her “goofy acting” when she heard the news of the tape while in a meeting with Mr. Crappyrapper and their lawyers. She argues that:

The court wrongly slighted Spears’ claim by simply referring to it as a claim that she “acted goofy” - without providing any context. A claim that Spears acted goofy at an amusement park would obviously not be defamatory. But US Weekly claimed that she acted goofy when she learned that her private sex video was going to be sold by a stranger as porn for public consumption. In other words, it suggested that she thought being transformed from pop star to porn star was no big deal.

Such a claim can plainly be damaging. Spears’s fan base consists of teens and young adults - many of whose parents may have a relatively conservative view of sex. Although, as she’s gotten older, Spears’s sexuality has gotten more explicit. Her music videos remain very far from X-rated. For this reason, a change in her image could seriously hurt her album and ticket sales.

Judge Cole did note that in “Chaotic,” there was a scene in which Federline was naked in the shower and one in which Spears was naked while interviewing Federline. But such playful nudity is hardly tantamount to doing hardcore porn.

Now on to the politically incorrect truth. Today, women and girls are sexualized and exploited more than ever. Why? Because sex and sexuality make Wall Street ad firms, Follywood and businesses big money. How do they do that? By throwing sex and sexuality in our faces everyday. It is everywhere you look. They disguise it as a women’s “self-expression” or as their “empowerment.” But all it really is, is a thinly veiled attempt to distort their self image.

The whole concept is if you are a woman, you should be always horny, not be able to work without staring at men’s asses and abs or agonizing about your weight and generally act like giddy schoolgirls, but then be viewed as serious professional equal to men. Look at the latest Carnival Cruise line commercial. In it a women is standing in front of the statue of David in Rome and she is acting like she is pinching his granite shaped ass. You never see commercials with men standing infront of the buxom painting of Mona Lisa acting like they are pinching her nipples. Here is the truth ladies and gents. Women are equal to men and are just as intelligent. They are very hardworkers and can do just about anything a man can. So why let yourselves be sold down the river then?

Britney wants to be taken seriously, yet she capitalizes on her sexuality and sells it. When she was first starting out ,she used to pose in these pedophiles’ dream come true photos shoots. They were made to capitalize on her sexuality. Nothing more and nothings less. Here is a link to one of those early pics posted on Swallowmag.com. I will not show them here because ,being a father of a 6 year old girl, I don’t ever want to promote the sexualization of teens.

Since that photo, she has done semi-nudes, provocative photoshoots, pregnancy nudes and just about anything to sell herself to the masses. She wants to be taken seriously. Well, act serious. Act like a woman to be respected and treated as equal. Not some soft porn princess crying because someone will see her ass and she may not be able to make any money.

How much of Follywood does the same? L.A. is a plastic surgeon’s wet dream. It’s all about who is dressed the sexiest or looks the youngest. It is an image driven town that sells their ideas of beauty and sexuality to the world. Then, when they are objectized, they demand to be taken seriously, but in reality they aren’t. Madonna wants to be liked and wants to be accepted, but she is nothing but a woman who has built her career on nudity, pornography, public masterbation and being as offensive as she can get away with. Then she wonders why everyone picks on her when she tries to be sincere. Translation: She is a sex symbol, and a person that will be objectized by the masses. I’m sure many people still have her coffee table book, ‘Sex‘ which was nothing more than artsy porn.

Here is the truth for Britney and her loser ex-husband. Take it or leave it:

Britney, if you were dumbass enough to make a elicit honeymoon porn tape and it gets out, live with it. You don’t want to be thought of as being a whore, but you have spent a lifetime whoring yourself out. Your soon-to-be ex is the same. He has spent a lifetime as a human sponge and you married him. All the warning signs were there. Everybody saw them. But you married him anyway. Not because he was a great guy who cared and loved you, but because you probably had good sex with him and you misconstrued that as love. After you married him, you knew he was hanging with hookers and strippers so you did what everyone says is a huge mistake. You decided to have another child with this living piece of white-trash.

You have made you bed, now sleep in it like the rest of us have to. Don’t expect pity because there is none here. The only pity I have is for your children who will pay the long-term bill for you stupidity.
